PCS SEASON IS HERE
PCS season is in full swing, and that means that you are more than likely getting ready to move. This also means the stress of packing up the whole family and moving them across a county is staring you in the face. I have always hated the feeling of PCS season, because when we moved it wasn't a quick skip on the pond, it was always a whole MF ocean. My last PCS was from Fort Wainwright to Fort Hood, and I decided to drive that bad boy. 3 Human beings, 2 cars and 1 dog all shoved into a 2015 Toyota Tundra for 3,783 miles.
You're in luck though, because I have something now that I didn't back then. With the low payment of free 99 you can now help mitigate your stress levels and pass on your PCS intentions to the lowest level with a custom tailored checklist! Military One Source made it easy for you to PCS with your family, they thought of everything that you probably forgot because your 1SG is calling you into final formation during your post mandated clearing time.
Seriously though, this checklist is a huge help to keep everything organized. For the few things that it doesn't cover and to add a nice OPORD feel to your PCS, I have a personal binder that I use and hand out. You can literally print off all of the pages and fill it out, keeping everything organized and on hard-side. If you're in Cavazos and about to PCS then just hit me up and you can swing by my office and grab one.
Of course this blog wouldn't be ran by a Licensed Texas REALTOR® if I didn't tell you how I can list your home for sale during your upcoming PCS, and get you the best price with the best conditions. I guess I should also remind you that I can help you and your family in buying your next home. My job in the Military was to train and mentor our troops, now it's to serve them. Let me represent your best interest and help you with your largest financial transaction. You can find my contact on my website linked in this page.
